Hanua Hunor Togbi Amuzu Liekpor, a renowned traditional spiritualist and “Hanua”, minor chief of Kedzikorpe in the Keta Municipality of the Volta Region has surrendered his life to Jesus Christ of Nazareth.
Togbi Amuzu is vested in the art of magical and occultic powers, which he uses to perform various types of miracles during festive occasions. He is well known within and outside the shores of Ghana for his powerful demonstrations of occultic magical powers.
Hanua Togbi Amuzu is one of the key resource persons who is used to educate the public on dehumanizing traditional practices and beliefs on the airwaves of Fafaa 100.3 FM, during its Duamenefa Social Intervention program.
Togbi Amuzu who promised to perform his magical arts of planting and harvesting a palm tree instantly during the just concluded grand finale and durbar of the Duamenefa Regional Tournament which took place on the 27th August 2022, at the Dzodze – Penyi Senior High School Park, but failed.
Whereas he is well known for such magical arts, but he declined to perform the art. According to him, he saw the presence of the Holy Spirit surrounding the entire arena of the grand durbar, hence he declined to perform his magical powers.
Few days after the event, Togbi, who met Jesus in his dream on many occasions decided to surrender to Jesus.
According to Apostle Asare Agbebo of the Living Word Teaching Ministry in Ashaiman, Accra, the Apostle claimed he was led to the drug store of Togbi Amuzu, three years ago. One discussion led to the other and they become casual friends.
On this special occasion, Togbi Amuzu, who says he met Jesus on many occasions in his dream, willingly surrendered his life to Jesus Christ. He called Apostle Paul for education and this led to his repentance.
Hanua Amuzu therefore handed over all spiritual accoutrements in his possession for destruction. Togbi again surrendered himself for baptism today.
Henceforth, Togbi Hunor Hanua Amuzu, the old spiritualist is now a new creature in Christ Jesus. Behold all things have become new. Old things have passed away.
