DISCLAIMER ON PATHOLOGICAL FALSEHOODS BEING PEDDLED BY UNITED MISSION BORDERLESS FOUNDATION – GHANA

It would be recalled in series of publications on the airwaves and news portals of Fafaa 100.3 FM, Dzodze in the Volta Region of the Republic of Ghana, since 2019 that the United Mission Borderless Foundation allegedly defrauded some group of pastors and congregants from Volta, Oti, and other parts of Ghana.

According to minutes of meetings captured on a video recording dated the 4th day of June, 2019 held in the Holy Ghost Miracle Church International, Agbozume, now changed to Doxa, Ministries, the front-line managers of the United Mission Borderless Foundation Ghana claimed in the said video that they have secured funding from a Switzerland bank, being a huge amount of money stolen and deposited by our former heads of states for their projects.

The pastors and their congregants were therefore allegedly made to pay registration fees in three categories ranging from Ghc 20, Ghc 75, and Ghc 250, later changed to Ghc 300 to be qualified for juicy packages such as:

  1.  Free salaries on monthly basis
  2.  Free education of three children of each registered pastor, from kindergarten to the university
  3.  Construction of chapels for each registered church
  4.  Provision of feeding for each registered church member, among others

According to the petition for intervention directed to the Executive President of the Duamenefa Social Intervention Program of Fafaa FM, over 300 pastors and 7,000 congregants in the Volta Region alone claimed to have paid to the Borderless Foundation since 2019 and are awaiting the promises contained in their charter but to no avail.

In another development, a group of pastors from Oti Region called, PAHA, also claimed they were duped by the leadership of the United Mission Borderless Foundation to the tune of Ghc 87,000.00 and more.

A Canadian-trained engineer by the name Emile Senyo is also lamenting that the United Borderless Mission led by Joel Anku has duped him in excess of Ghc 28,000 and above.

Fafaa FM contacted the Volta Regional coordinator of the Borderless Mission in person of Apostle Cephas Dzraku (now deceased) and he confirmed the contents of the said video and referred Fafaa FM to his country director for further clarifications on the source of funding and their bankers.

All attempts by Fafaa FM to have the right of response from Apostle Joel Daniel Anku, their Country Director since 2019 was fruitless, despite various publications by Fafaa 100.3 FM on the subject matter.

Allegations of infighting over conflicts of interest led to the arrest and detention of Apostle Joel Daniel Anku and others in the Ashaiman police Station of the Greater Accra Region.

Other front-line managers of the United Mission Borderless Foundation were arrested and detained in the Dambai police station for allegedly defrauding by false pretenses. Money collected by the group was retrieved by the Dambai police and refunded to the victims

The base leader of the Volta Region, Bishop Cephas Korbla Nyamador was recently arrested by the Aflao divisional police command during the course of their meeting in the CCC Chapel, Denu, where he was allegedly hiding under the church curtains when the police arrived at the scene.
