Mr. Ketaman Emmanuel Evortepe, Executive President of the Duamenefa Foundation, has reaffirmed the foundation’s commitment to serving humanity and improving the lives of people through its various social intervention programmes.
Mr. Evortepe made the statement on the airwaves of Fafaa 100.3 FM during the Duamenefa Social Intervention Programme, where he spoke about the foundation’s vision, achievements and commitment to supporting individuals and communities.
According to him, the Duamenefa Foundation was established with the primary purpose of serving humanity and responding to the needs of people, particularly the vulnerable and the younger generation.
He said the foundation has, since its establishment, been involved in various social intervention activities aimed at improving the wellbeing of people and creating opportunities for young people to develop their potential.
Mr. Evortepe explained that the foundation’s work is driven by the desire to make a meaningful difference in society, adding that its interventions are not limited to one area but extend to different aspects of community and social development.
He noted that the foundation remains committed to identifying areas where people need support and working with individuals, organisations and development partners to provide appropriate assistance.
According to him, the foundation believes that service to humanity requires commitment, sacrifice and continuity, and therefore has plans to strengthen its programmes and expand its reach to more communities.
Mr. Evortepe said the foundation’s social intervention programmes have been designed to respond to the needs of people and provide support where it is most needed.
He further explained that the foundation places particular importance on the younger generation because supporting young people today can help create a better future for families and communities.
He said the foundation would continue to support young people in areas where it can make a positive difference, while encouraging beneficiaries to make good use of the opportunities provided to them.
Mr. Evortepe also addressed criticisms directed at the activities of the foundation, stating that those who have wrongly criticised its work should understand that their actions cannot stop the foundation from pursuing its mission.
He said the foundation remains focused on its purpose and would continue with its social intervention programmes despite criticisms or negative comments about its activities.
According to him, the Duamenefa Foundation has not come to be distracted by criticism but has come to serve humanity, support people and contribute to the development of communities.
He stressed that the foundation would remain committed to its work and would continue to identify areas of need and provide assistance to people within its capacity.
Mr. Evortepe also called on individuals, traditional authorities, community leaders, NGOs and other organisations to support the foundation’s vision and collaborate with it in addressing challenges affecting communities.
He said partnerships with other organisations would enable the foundation to expand its programmes, reach more beneficiaries and sustain its social interventions.
According to him, the foundation is open to working with organisations and individuals who share its commitment to community development and service to humanity.
