Excel in academic results and receive rewards

The Executive President of the Duamenefa Foundation, Mr. Emmanuel Ketaman Evortepe, also known as Togbi Duamenefa I, has encouraged students to study hard and achieve excellent academic results, assuring them that the Costheta Educational Support Fund is ready to reward their efforts.

Mr. Evortepe made this pronouncement during the Duamenefa Social Intervention Programme, on Fafaa 100.3 Fm, Dzodze, Ketu North Municipality of the Volta Region. He motivated students to remain focused and dedicated to their education.

According to him, the Costheta Educational Support Fund is an initiative of Dr. David Kotei Nutakor, also known as Togbi Dunenyo I, a Ghanaian born Geotechnical Engineer based in California, USA and his wife, Mama Dunenyo I, in memory of the late parents, Leonard Besa GBEDE Nutakor and Sabina ATSEMUYO Evortepe of blessed memory.

According to Mr. Evortepe, Dr. Nutakor chose to use the Duamenefa Foundation as a conduit to extend his long thought of dream, THE COSTHETA EDUCATIONAL SUPPORT FUND to motivate students of various secondary schools in Ghana to study hard, exhibit good morals, meet the set out criteria and qualify to receive the award

He noted that over the past six years, 102 students from various senior high schools have benefited from the fund. Students from Keta Senior High Technical School (KETASCO), Dzosec, Accra Academy, Mawuli School, Adidome SHS, Anseco, St. James and many others benefited from the award scheme. Eligibility criteria includes, ability to score between aggregate 6 – 10, Duamenefa membership certificates of parents or guardians, good testimony from school authorities, churches and the community

He urged those who have not yet joined the Duamenefa Movement to do so, emphasizing that many good opportunities lie ahead for members. He also encouraged all qualified students to apply now in order to benefit from this year’s Costheta Educational Support Package.

Mr. Evortepe disclosed that this year’s beneficiaries will receive several valuable items, including a laptop, standing fan, microwave oven, and cash support to aid their academic journey.
He noted that this initiative has inspired many young people to take their education seriously and strive for top performance in their examinations.

In his closing remarks, Mr. Evortepe encouraged parents and guardians to continue guiding and supporting their wards to make good use of this opportunity. He reaffirmed that the Duamenefa Foundation, through its partnership with the Costheta Educational Support Fund, remains dedicated to nurturing the next generation of disciplined, educated, and responsible citizens for the development of the Volta Region and Ghana at large.
