Madam Agbanyo Helen Dzahe has petitioned the Duamenefa Foundation, alleging that her soul was buried at a cemetery and that she is currently suffering what she describes as a spiritual attack.
Madam Agbanyo said her ordeal has left her unable to sleep at night and uncomfortable throughout her body. According to her, the situation became so troubling that she decided to seek assistance to establish the cause of her suffering.
She further stated that she had visited the hospital on several occasions because of the discomfort and difficulties she was experiencing. According to Madam Agbanyo, despite the various hospital visits, no medical cause was identified to explain what she was experiencing.
She said this prompted her to seek spiritual assistance. Madam Agbanyo stated that upon consultation with the oracles through Afa divination, it was allegedly revealed to her that Mr. Korsi Gamor was responsible for the burial of her soul at a cemetery.
Madam Agbanyo claimed she subsequently summoned Mr Gamor before the traditional authorities but Mr Gamor failed to adhere to the verdict of the court and this necessitated her petition to the Duamenefa Foundation, seeking its intervention and assistance in addressing the allegations.
She further complained about what she described as unusual occurrences surrounding the entire situation. According to Madam Agbanyo, on one occasion at about midnight, she heard what appeared to be something falling on the roofing sheets of her house.
She said she became frightened and shouted the name of Jesus, after which she alleged that the thing disappeared.
Madam Agbanyo said the incident further heightened her fear and concern about what she was experiencing and reinforced her decision to seek spiritual intervention.
Speaking further, Madam Agbanyo stated that she had not offended Mr. Gamor and explained that the matter started following an issue involving her two grandchildren, who live with her, and Mr. Gamor’s daughter.
According to her, Mr. Gamor’s daughter returned from Accra and indicated that she wanted to take her children to Accra without her knowledge. Madam Agbanyo said that upon hearing this, she reported the matter to the police.
She explained that during the police engagement, it was revealed that the children were being taken to Dawenya to learn a skill. Madam Agbanyo said she subsequently informed Mr. Gamor about the development.
She stated that when Mr. Gamor approached his daughter over the matter, he told her that his daughter had allegedly misbehaved towards him and, for that reason, she should not come to him with the issue again.
Madam Agbanyo said she could not tell whether the incident had caused Mr. Gamor to become annoyed with her. However, she alleged that following the incident, she began experiencing difficulties that affected her daily life.
She said her inability to sleep at night, coupled with persistent discomfort throughout her body, caused her considerable distress and prompted her to seek further spiritual consultation.
Madam Agbanyo maintained that the Afa divination allegedly pointed to Mr. Gamor as being responsible for what she was experiencing, including the alleged burial of her soul at a cemetery.
Following the petition, the Duamenefa Foundation reached out to Mr. Gamor to give him the opportunity to respond to the allegations and present his side of the story.
Mr. Gamor denied the allegations and insisted that he had no knowledge of the issue. He maintained that he was not responsible for the alleged burial of Madam Agbanyo’s soul and said he knew nothing about any such act.
Mr. Gamor also expressed concerns about what transpired during the Afa divination. He stated that certain things occurred during the divination process which, in his view, did not appear to be proper.
He therefore rejected the allegation linking him to Madam Agbanyo’s alleged spiritual attack and maintained that he had no involvement in the matter.
Meanwhile, Madam Agbanyo continues to maintain that she is suffering and wants the matter properly addressed. She has called for intervention to help establish the circumstances surrounding her allegations.
The Duamenefa Foundation is engaging the parties involved as it seeks to understand the circumstances surrounding the matter and the disagreement that preceded the petition.
The allegations made by Madam Agbanyo remain claims and have not been independently established, while Mr. Gamor has expressly denied responsibility and insists that he has no knowledge of the matter.
