A Tapestry of Compassion, Generosity, and Community Service Unveiled in the Heartwarming Journey of Support

In a remarkable display of compassion, the DUAMENEFA Foundation in collaboration with TANKO Foundation orchestrated their Annual New Year Celebration and Caregiving to the less privileged in hospitals and orphanage homes, leaving an indelible mark on various communities.

Led by the dedicated team of intercessors, such as, Apostle Dr. Samuel Garyibor and Rev. Mrs. Theresa Govina Seckey, and other pastors of the Foundation, the team commenced its mission at St. Anthony Hospital, Dzodze. In a heartfelt gesture, provisions of food, water, and drinks were presented, echoing the Foundation’s commitment to uplifting spirits.

The outreach extended to In My Father’s House Children’s Village, Abor, where support was provided to orphaned children under the thoughtful guidance of Rev. Fr. Joseph Rabbiosi. He celebrated 50 years as a missionary in Ghana since his arrival in 1974. Wisdom Seade, the Administrator of the facility joined the team in spreading warmth and care.

IN MY FATHER’S HOUSE CHILDREN’S VILLAGE, ABOR

A significant highlight of the day was the visit to Sacred Heart Hospital, Abor, where Rev. Sis. Bernice Gbegbeawu, Nurse Manager, expressed profound gratitude. She lauded the two Foundations as perennial blessing to the hospital, emphasizing the enduring impact of their annual visits.

Prayers were offered to the sick and their families. Duamenefa and Tanko Foundation’s commitment to holistic well-being resonated throughout the day.

The next leg of their mission was announced, with plans to visit Aflao General Hospital, Keta Government Hospital, and My Father’s Heart Orphanage, Tegbi, today.

Dr. Kalegu Naville, Acting Medical Director of St. Anthony’s Hospital, Dzodze, shared words of appreciation for the Foundation’s ongoing support, emphasizing its significance in advancing healthcare in the Volta region.

This unified effort showcased the DUAMENEFA and TANKO Foundation’s unwavering dedication to making a positive impact on communities, exemplifying the essence of compassion, generosity, and community service.

The two foundations were divinely connected through Emmanuel Ketaman Evortepe, the Executive President of the Duamenefa Foundation and Hon. Tanko Gabriel Kwamigah Atokple – Togbi Nyaxordeakorla I, CEO of Tanko Foundation, whose support to the Duamenefa Foundation in areas of social intervention to rescue and promote the vulnerable through skill acquisition, empowerment and promotion of youth and sports cannot be overemphasized.
